Will My Plans Be Ready For Permitting?

Your house plans will be! The plans you purchase will be signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer. However, keep in mind, there are additional items required for permitting like site plans and energy calculations. We recommend contacting your local municipality to learn about the items you will need to start building!
