We are a Florida licensed Engineering Firm with over 20 Engineers with Master's Degrees in-house. Your plans will be engineered in accordance with the latest edition of the Building Code for a simple permitting process.Building a new home can seem intimidating, especially when you don't know where to start. That's where we come in! We provide beautiful house plans that are signed and sealed by a licensed Florida Engineer. Step 1Find Your Plan
Browse our Florida plans for the house, barndominium, or garage you want! We love helping customers dreams come true. Each plan is fully compliant with the Florida building code and signed by a licensed Florida Engineering Firm that has completed over 75K projects throughout the state!
Step 2Provide Site Info
After selecting your dream home, provide your contact info and site specific information. Our team of experienced Engineers will ensure each set of plans meets your wind speed, exposure, and foundation requirements. We do not provide truss plans, but can design a hand framed roof/conventional framing plan for your home that is ready for construction immediately. However, if you'd like trusses, we will approve pre-engineered truss drawings with your house plans for permitting.
Step 3Optional Add-Ons
As a full service Engineering Firm, we offer a wide-variety of services beyond your building plans. We can also provide energy calculations, site plans, drainage plans, septic design, blower door testing, screen enclosure plans, and more. Our goal is to help you be ready for permitting, so you can start building as soon as possible!
Step 4Receive Your Plans
After your order is complete, our licensed Engineer will sign and seal your plans. After your order is complete, your plans will be signed and sealed. You will receive 1 electronic copy via email and 3 paper copies to the address provided.
